* Your cancellation fee is 70% of the cost of your service. If you no show for a full set of lash extensions - you will not be allowed to book with XO Esthetics in the future. You will be charged the cancellation fee if you do not cancel 24 hours prior. You will be charged the fee if you are more than 15 minutes late. 15 minutes is the cut off for tardiness and you will not receive your service.* *If you have a lash fill appointment, please be sure to let me know if you have less that 50% of lashes left. We will need to reschedule for a full set.* *If you have any questions or concerns about your service or the aftercare of your service, please call/text/message me. Some services do require specific aftercare, such as 24 hours of no exposure of sun light, tanning bed, water, makeup, etc. *
